Is tissue fragments in underwear 2 days before withdrawal bleeding normal? Good morning, I noticed fragments of tissue on my underwear, they are not stained with blood. This phenomenon is not accompanied by pain, there is a slightly different smell of secretions and thicker mucus than usual. Is there anything to be afraid of? I take the pills at the same time every day, I don't use any medications/substances that reduce the effectiveness of contraception, and I haven't missed any pills.
