Inhaled drugs and oral use in the treatment of asthma are issued in Poland only on prescription. I encourage you to consult with the nearest medical clinic. According to the latest recommendations, you should get help in issuing the necessary prescription. To obtain a prescription, it is not necessary to have a PESEL number. You can check on the Internet the places where health services are provided, in the city where you are staying, for refugees from Ukraine There is also the possibility of issuing a prescription by doctors on duty as part of the Night and Christmas Health Care. Such a doctor is on duty on working days after 6 p.m. and on non-working days.
