Is this test reliable if I did it two days after spotting?

Is this test reliable if I did it two days after spotting? (I got a slight 2-day spotting at a time when menstruation should have occurred). My husband and I are trying to have a child.

It is believed that a pregnancy test performed after the date of the expected menstruation, with regular cycles, is reliable according to the manufacturer's declaration. For example, "On the basis of clinical and laboratory studies carried out, it was found that the reliability of the pregnancy test is 99%". Or "more than 99% accurate" or "accuracy over 99.9%". So there is a very small margin of error. If you have doubts about the course of the last bleeding (short and scanty), it may be worth repeating the test in a few days. The menstrual cycle is considered regular and normal if it lasts 28 days (plus/minus 5 days and the number of days of the cycle is about the same in subsequent cycles), blood loss ranges from about 50 to about 80 ml and ovulation occurs. Menstruation, i.e. cyclical bleeding from the genital tract, should last on average from 3 to 7-8 days. When observing abnormalities, it is worth consulting a gynecologist, especially if you are trying to get pregnant. https://www.gdziepolek.pl/kategorie/test-ciazowy
