Of key importance in the case of recurrent infections of the genitourinary system is to take care of the proper state of the microflora. Particularly important are strains of probiotic lactic acid bacteria (e.g. Lactobacillus acidophilus). However, I have not found scientific evidence for the effectiveness of supplementation with preparations with the status of a dietary supplement (Narine). Such preparations therefore do not have medicinal properties. Their only purpose is to supplement the daily diet. Certainly, Narine should not be the only preparation used to prevent the recurrence of infection. The task of the supplement is not to treat, but only to supplement nutrient deficiencies. Based on the results of the cited scientific reports, it is worth reaching for preparations with the status of a drug, for example: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/79914/trilac-kapsulki/apteki. I am attaching a study that may be of interest to you: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czym-roznia-sie-leki-od-suplementow
