Xartan and Tertensif Kombi are medicines that are dispensed with a doctor's prescription, they cause a decrease in pressure. Combining these drugs will lower the pressure more strongly. In the treatment of hypertension, this is a frequently used practice, it is a desirable and intentional effect. I recommend you to control the pressure, and if you experience any symptoms, e.g. dizziness, please contact your doctor.
