Can a pharmacist refuse to sell a medicine booked by your website?

Hi, please explain whether the pharmacist can refuse to sell the drug booked by applications where to get the drug, explaining that another person previously booked it by phone. It is not mentioned that the above-mentioned application showed several pieces of the drug available, which this person ordered and were waiting for collection. Best regards

This is a situation that should not have happened, but yes - there is such a possibility. If someone had previously booked a medicine by phone and the pharmacy staff did not mark it in the system, but put the medicine down with a note, the preparation was still in the system as available for purchase. There has been a misunderstanding for which you should be apologised.
