What to apply to a vast wart on the foot?

Good evening. I report to you with my boyfriend's problem. Namely, for as long as he can remember, he had on his heel like such a wart, which did not die. Things have gotten worse for the past two weeks. It looks like this now (attached photo). It doesn't hurt or anything. The only thing it uses is ABE skin fluid, which you recommended from the pharmacy. It does not help at all, what to do ? Please help
