The usual dose of Clemastinum syrup is 10 ml 2 times a day. The duration of use of the drug should be determined by the doctor who prescribed the use of the drug. You will read about the prevention of contact dermatitis in the opinions quoted below. Alternatively, the diet used for contact dermatitis should be based on own observations. Perhaps there are foods that cause you to worsen your symptoms. In some patients, relief is provided by the use of a diet poor in products m.in with a high content of histamine (e.g. ripened cheeses, spinach, mackerel, cabbage, cold meats). Reducing the amount of histamine supplied in food should alleviate, for example, persistent itching.

Thank you kindly for the information. Will a dose of 10 ml once a day be sufficient and for how many days? How can contact dermatitis relapse be prevented? Is it worth changing the diet? If so, what is worth eating and what to exclude?

Yes, it is an antihistamine and can be used for symptoms of skin allergy - also for contact dermatitis.
