Thiogamma is a preparation used to treat pain and paresthesia in diabetic nerve damage: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/78522/thiogamma-tabletki-powlekane/ulotka/182853 Thiogamma's thioctonic acid affects many metabolic processes. However, I did not find information about the possible use of the drug in the treatment of leukemia. Perhaps the proposed treatment is an off-label treatment. In this case, treatment should be carried out by a doctor with clinical experience in the use of the drug.
