If 2 hours 45 about after taking the contraceptive pill vines began to hurt my stomach and I gave one and more not but quite large stool which was almost watery, did it reduce the effectiveness of my pill. Stool was only one but there was a lot of it and it was more under the watery

You have no reason to worry. One stool, even watery, does not require any additional actions. There really is not the slightest reason to suspect that protection can be reduced in such a case.

So one time even if it was a lot and it was watery, I'm still protected and the reduction would have only months when there would be such 3 stools within 4 hours of taking the tablet? So I don't have to take a new pill and I'm still protected because it worried me and puzzled me when I saw that it was a watery stool

There is no need to worry. A disposable loose stool for about 2 hours 45 minutes after taking the tablet does not affect its effectiveness. Only if diarrhea occurred, understood as a minimum of 3 loose bowel movements, often accompanied by abdominal pain and fever, contraceptive protection could be reduced.
