I take Ozempic I know that you need to follow a low GI diet, but is there anything else?

If I take ozempik do I know that you have to follow a diet with low GI and there is something else that, for example, you can not eat?

In response to the great interest of patients, a non-reimbursed drug Ozempic from parallel imports appeared in pharmacies. The availability of the drug in pharmacies can be checked here: Ozempic 0.5 mg https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/99258/ozempic-iniekcja/apteki?pvid=275329 Ozempic 1 mg https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/99258/ozempic-iniekcja/apteki?pvid=275351

Ozempic is used because of overweight or obesity, it is not only important that the meals have a rather lower glycemic index, but also that the caloric content of meals during the day is adapted to your needs. If there are symptoms regarding indigestion, nausea, flatulence, abdominal pain, heartburn, it is worth giving up fried and fatty foods. It is worth remembering about proper hydration - in case of nausea, cooled water with mint and ginger can be helpful. There are no general recommendations that you have to give up the products only because of the drug used. The most important thing is that the diet should be diverse, with adequate caloric content and, if possible, meals should be composed so that they have a lower glycemic index. In this case, it is worth using the services of a clinical dietitian or psychodietician, who will help you individually direct you to various, specific solutions that will help you recover. It is worth betting on long-term nutrition education. Replacing products that you do not serve for their slightly healthier counterparts or gradually reducing simply these "bad" products. I keep my fingers crossed for the success of the treatment. I leave a link to a video that may interest you:

User questions and answers that provide feedback about products are not verified for the purchase or use of the product. Companies often order anonymous comments to form positive opinions about their products, or negative ones about competitors. Therefore, be guided by the information in the pharmacists' responses in the first place.
