Can people with heart disease use Roticox?

Good morning, The doctor prescribed me today the drug Roticox 60mg (2x1) for nagging sciatica. I use Bibloc 2.5mg (1x1) permanently, can I use this Roticox? In the leaflet of the drug in black and white it is written that it must not be used in heart rhythm disorders and when using blockers - and the doctor does not see contraindications. I admit that I am afraid, so I wanted to get one more opinion. Best regards

Like other selective COX-2 inhibitors, the etoricoxib contained in Roticox is contraindicated in patients with coronary heart disease or stroke and should be used with caution in patients with risk factors for heart disease. Studies on the safety of etoricoxib have shown that it causes a slight increase in the risk of cardiovascular events. In the case of short-term treatment, with the lowest possible doses, it is believed that this risk is not greater than that associated with the use of diclofenac - another anti-inflammatory drug. It is known, however, that its use is contraindicated in patients with existing hypertension, in whom blood pressure remains above 140/90 mm Hg Without detailed knowledge of your state of health, the mere information that you are taking Bibloc is not sufficient to assess whether the use of Roticox in this case is safe. However, the doctor recommending the medicine should have such knowledge. Since he has decided to use the drug, in his opinion the benefits of treatment outweigh the possible risks.
