When using Octenisept for an intimate infection, there is no need to take a traditional oral probiotic, because Octenisept has a local effect - it works only where it was given - it does not penetrate the gastrointestinal tract, and therefore does not destroy the bacteria found there, as oral antibiotics do. After the end of the intimate infection, it is worth using vaginal gynecological probiotics that will rebuild the bacterial flora of the vagina (not the gastrointestinal tract), e.g. Lactovaginal: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/42178/lactovaginal-kapsulki-dopochwowe/apteki or Lakcid Intima: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/88833/lakcid-intima-kapsulki-dopochwowe/apteki I attach studies that may be helpful: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-stosowac-preparaty-ginekologiczne
