What to use for herpes?

Please advise, because I'm already confused. I already have the 6th day of herpes on my lip. It has become a scab, but it is a little oozing, cracking, and underneath it is strongly red. What to do with it so that it heals as soon as possible? Dry or soften? I have at home: sonol, zinc paste, tribiotic, herpex. What to use?

For herpes topically, Sonol or Herpex can be applied - during the day they should be reapplied often (at least 5 times a day). In addition, you can include an oral antiviral drug with acyclovir, e.g. Heviran Comfort: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/95672/heviran-comfort-tabletki/apteki Tablets are taken 5 times a day (approximately every 3-4 hours) for 5 days.
