I have not met with the equivalent of such a preparation on the Polish market. You can get separately drops or capsules with grapeprfut extract: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/substancje/grejpfrut and preparations containing tea tree oil: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/substancje/olejek-z-drzewa-herbacianego
