Is rib pain an adverse reaction after Monural? Can I use Apap Extra as a painkiller?

Hi, if after the antibiotic Monural from taking 3 days have passed, the bladder helped for the second day and the third day I have severe rib pain on both sides is it possible that it is a side effect if it goes by itself?and whether Apap extra I can take because the pain is unbearable.z thank you in advance for the answer.
