Does Endovelle get fat?

Can I use both endovelle and vessel due f (sulodexide) at the same time? I used to use this drug because of venous insufficiency. Now everything is ok, but due to taking endovelle -hormonal agent I am afraid of thrombosis. Can I take vessel due f preventively?

Dienogest and drospirenone are compounds belonging to the group of gestagens. These are progestogens of the IV generation - that is, artificial equivalents of natural progesterone. Gestagens are a group of steroid hormones that act similarly to progesterone, a female sex hormone produced in the body. If progesterone is not enough, then a number of changes in physiological processes occur, therefore artificial substances are introduced to replace it - gestagens. Dienogest and drospirenone differ in their chemical structure, which makes my action and indications for use slightly different. Dienogest is a derivative of nortestosterone - gestagen which is a derivative of testosterone. This substance has strong progestogenous properties (inhibiting the growth of the endometrium, strengthening the antiosteoporetic effect of estrogens on bone tissue - reduce the risk of osteoporosis, lowering the concentration of triglycerides) and antiandrogenic (the effect of this is to improve skin conditioning and inhibit hair loss). Indicated for use in endometriosis. Drospirenone is a synthetic progestogen - artificial progesterone. It has antiandrogenic and anti-mineralocorticosteroid properties - it reduces the tendency to sodium and water retention in the body, and therefore also the tendency to swelling, breast tenderness and weight gain. Dienogest does not affect mineralocorticosteroid receptors, so it will not affect, m.in, weight control.

Are endovelle- (dienogest )a slinda (drospirenone) similar substances? Are progestreon and progestin the same thing? what is the difference between these drugs? The doctor has passed the slinde on endovelle and I'm afraid to gain weight.. On drospirenon regowałaem ok, I wonder how it will react to dienogest.
