The effect of the drug consists of many factors, including those related to diet and physical activity. It is difficult for me to refer to your question and suggest something specific, because I do not know even how many centimeters at the waist / kilograms on the scale you lost weight (and to what extent it was a significant change, and not related to, for example, physiology). I think that it is worth giving yourself more time and, above all, also taking care of changing your eating habits. If the drug is used correctly, then rather it should reduce appetite. However, I would like to point out that this is one of the many effects of the drug and not everyone has to manifest itself in the same way. In some patients, the effect of appetite suppression may be slightly less. However, I also emphasize here the importance of the diet itself and many other factors that affect appetite (e.g. stress).
