You did not specify the units or the standard of the laboratory. Most facilities issue a result in beta hCG units in mIU/ml. Less than 5 mIU/ml according to most reference ranges indicates the absence of pregnancy. However, you did the study only a week after the transfer, it is difficult to comment on the "chances". Pregnancy will be clearly indicated by a high level of chorionic gonadotropin or a positive urine test result and the absence of menstrual bleeding.
