How should I use Propranolol 10mg x 3 times a day taken for an accelerated pulse probably due to stress, together with Prokit on the stomach (also 3 times a day), Polprazole PPH and Magnefar B6 Forte, so as not to cause interaction between drugs and at the same time not to disturb the absorption?

According to the current medical literature, there should be no interactions between the preparations mentioned by you that are harmful to health or the effects of medicines. Polprazole should be taken on an empty stomach, half an hour before breakfast. Prokit takes care before meals. You can take Propranolol with or without food.
