Yes, the last dose of Ceclor can be given at 10 p.m. The drug can be used on an empty stomach or 2-3 hours after a meal, however, this is not absolutely necessary. The intervals between doses of the drug should be about 8 hours. "Cefaklor is well absorbed after oral administration on an empty stomach. Food does not affect the amount of absorbed drug. However, if cefaclor is taken after a meal, the maximum serum concentrations reach 50−75% of the concentrations that occur after taking the drug on an empty stomach and usually appear 3/4 to 1 h later."
