Is it possible to replace agomelatine with another drug that does not require liver tests?
Hi, are the drugs from Agomelatine in the treatment of drug disorders require vetroving tests?are there any equivalents because it is a big problem for me study every 3 6 weeks

In fact, regular liver function tests are required when using agomelatine. "How often to test liver function - before starting treatment - then: - after about 3 weeks, - after about 6 weeks (end of the acute phase), - after about 12 and 24 weeks (end of the maintenance phase) - and later, when clinically indicated. - When increasing the dosage, liver function tests should be performed again at the same frequency as when starting treatment." There is no drug with the same mechanism of action that you can use to replace agomelatine to avoid testing.
