Is the pressure drop to 110/62 during the Propanolol treatment a cause for concern?

The doctor prescribed me propanolol 10mg 2 times a day because I had high blood pressure and anxiety attacks. From the moment I take the drug, my blood pressure drops to 110/62/60 and I feel weak I get tired of taking a few steps. Is it normal that it lowers the pressure so much and is there anything to worry about because I do not hide that I am worried about such a low pressure drop.
