Moloxin is a safe drug, has undergone clinical trials and has been registered by the Office for Registration of Medicinal Products, Medical Devices and Biocidal Products. There are certain interactions between the medicinal substances mentioned in the question. Due to their nature and severity, however, in general, these interactions are not a contraindication to the simultaneous use of these drugs. The simultaneous use of Moloxin and Alventa increases the risk of side effects in the form of arrhythmias, which can potentially be serious. This applies especially to people who are sensitive to the occurrence of such disorders - that is, suffering from heart disease or the so-called "long QT syndrome", having problems with nerve conduction, or exposed to electrolyte disorders (e.g. after acute diarrhea and vomiting). It is worth being aware of what the effects of simultaneous use of these drugs may be, so that if they are observed, the patient can relate the symptoms with the fact of combining specific substances. Dry mouth is probably related to the use of Alventa. It is one of the frequently reported side effects of Alventa, reported in about 10% of patients: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/4034/alventa-kapsulki/ulotka/128492 I enclose additional information that may be helpful: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czy-przyjmowanie-kilku-lekow-jednoczesnie-jest-bezpieczne https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czy-mozna-laczyc-leki-ze-soba
