Where to throw away medicine packs?
Good morning, where to throw away the glass bottle after the antibiotic Agumentin and after the drug Mucosolvan inhalations? Both drugs were prescription? Can it be thrown into the glass? The second question, we do injections into the homes of a sick person, needles and syringes are thrown into special red containers, but where to throw away the needle protective tip? Can it be as plastic? Packaging for needles and syringes is mixed or plastic?

An empty glass bottle of medicine can be disposed of in a container with glass. There is no need to tear off the label. If you mean an expired drug with contents, then such a product can be disposed of in a special container in a pharmacy. A used needle and syringe are not secondary raw materials, but I understand that you are throwing them into a special container with rigid and thick walls intended for separate collection of medical waste. Doing so helps protect others from being stabbed. Paper outer packaging ("cardboard boxes", "cardboard boxes") after medicines can be disposed of in waste paper. Not every plastic or plastic-like packaging is suitable for recycling and separate collection of waste. Look for appropriate pictograms indicating that the packaging or its elements can be thrown into a container with plastic. Otherwise, they should go to the mixed garbage. Foiled paper, foil-coated paper or paper-foil packaging, in which needles and syringes are often packed, may not be suitable to be disposed of in plastic garbage.
