I take Beto zk 25 I took 1 in the morning half in the evening for 5 days I take half in the morning and half in the evening. The endocrinologist changed my medication to Isoptin 40. How can I wean Beto and switch to Isoptin 40 for 2× half tablets.

Please follow the instructions of your doctor, who is familiar with your state of health. If you have not received them, please contact your doctor again, who will explain in detail how the change of therapy should look like in your particular case.
