Can I use the Argotiab spray opened two years ago and what preparation will be effective for accelerating wound healing after caesarean section?

Good morning, I have open 2 years Spray Argotiab, the expiration date is good. Can I still use it and it will still be effective? What are the other recommended preparations for wound healing (in this case after caesarean section)?

If the packaging was tightly closed, Argotiab is usable until its expiry date.
