Can Actelsar be taken 2 times a day if a dose of 40 mg does not maintain pressure around the clock? I do not know if at all or it is occasional? Is it better to take catopril additionally/supportively?

The possibility of increasing the frequency of taking Actelsar 40 mg or including another medicine, e.g. Captopril, in the therapy can only be decided by a doctor who has been familiar with your state of health in detail. Please do not modify the treatment yourself, perhaps the doctor will implement a two-component drug or completely modify the therapy.
