It is unknown whether intranasal azelastine hydrochloride/metabolites or fluticasone propionate/metabolites are excreted in human milk. Therefore, Dymista Nasal Spray should only be used during breastfeeding if the possible benefit outweighs the potential risk to the newborn/infant.
