How long can midcyclical bleeding last with 2 packs of Activelle?

He takes 2 pack of activelle after two weeks spotting appeared, and the next week is already bleeding like period, pain in the ovaries and breasts after consultation tel the doctor said that continue to take that the body is crazy. During the first 3-6 months of taking Activelle, irregular bleeding and spotting may occur. No maximum duration of "one-off" midcyclical bleeding is specified.
