Should I stop Megace if I have a rash?

I have been using the drug for five weeks. I didn't have a period at the time, but I understand that acetate can do that. In turn, for several days I have noticed a rash on the chest and abdomen. What should I do in this case? If you start weaning it, how? Immediately or reduce the dose?

You did not include the name of the drug in your question. If your question is about Megace tagged medicine, please read on. If you develop a rash while taking Megace, it is recommended to consult your doctor. This is not an indication to discontinue the use of the preparation.
