To @Anonim: Sorry for the misrepresentation. Atywia Daily is a coated tablet. It is not a hollow table - that is, it does not have a sugar coating and its surface may be uneven, which does not affect the effectiveness of the drug and protection is preserved. For @Celina: Vixpo is also a coated tablet, not coated - the surface may be uneven, the edges may have minimal dents or may be chipped as in the picture above. This does not affect the effectiveness of the drug. For @Celina and @Karolina: Film-coated tablets - Atywia Daily and Vixpo are created by machine, then subjected to polymer coating which takes place in coaters, where the tablets fly freely in a strong stream of air supplied from below. Hence, damage can occur on the banks. However, since the active substance is in the core of the tablet (inside) - such "damage" does not affect the effectiveness of the drug.
And what does it mean that the tablet is uncoated?
What does an uncoated tablet mean? Are Vixpo birth control pills also uncoated?
If the side is crumbled in this way, does it not affect the effectiveness?
So you can take such a tablet? Will it be effective, will it protect against pregnancy?

Is it normal that the contraceptive pill on the one hand is a little uneven? No smooth surface? It doesn't look like a chipping, just not an even surface. Atywia Daily.
