Ponieważ w składzie leku Milgamma N zawarta jest już witamina B 12, nie należy łączyć go z innym preparatem zawierającym tą substancję. Takie postępowanie zwiększa ryzyko wystąpienia ewentualnych działań niepożądanych i może prowadzić do przedawkowania.
