Should I give my child a second dose of antibiotic if it has been completed after 4 minutes?

My 2.5-month-old son gets Amotax suspension for pharyngitis every 8 hours at a dose of 1.25. Unfortunately, he is a heavy pouring child. Today, after taking a dose of antibiotic, after 4 minutes he was letting go, despite wearing it in an upright position. Should I repeat the dose?
