When will the loss of taste after Erdomed pass?

Good morning. I was sick for 3 weeks. Clogged sinuses, loss of inch and taste (I have not tested covid). The ENT on the sinuses recommended erdomed. After taking 1 tablet, I experienced a burning of the spoken and a weakening of the taste. The tablet was taken 14 hours ago, but it continues until now. The leaflet describes the possibility of loss of taste. Is it temporary, or will I stay that way?

Polekowa utrata smaku powinna ustąpić maksymalnie w ciągu kilku dni. W przypadku, gdy tak się nie stanie, zachęcam do konsultacji z lekarzem:
