Najprawdopodobniej z Pana penisa w wyniku podniecenia seksualnego wydobywa się preejakulat, czyli bezbarwna wydzielina zawierająca plemniki. Jest ich mniej niż w spermie. W wyniku zaschnięcia preejakulatu na bieliznie powstaje biała plama.
