Does it make sense to re-treat Fluomizin when it did not bring results the first time?

I took 6 days Fluomizin for e coli and s. aureus. After the control you will still say e. Coli and s. aureus. Abundant growth. The doctor prescribed fluomizin again for 12 days. If the drug didn't work at the beginning, can it work now, or doesn't there't any point in taking it again?

Fluomizin ma szerokie spektrum działania. Bardzo możliwe, że pomoże przy infekcji. Jeżeli przy kolejnym posiewie wyjdzie obecność wymienionych bakterii, najlepszym sposobem byłoby wykonanie posiewu z antybiogramem. Wskaże on, na jaki antybiotyk wrażliwe są bakterie. O dalszym leczeniu decyduje lekarz prowadzący.
