What to apply to the wound so that it heals faster and does not stick to clothes?

Good morning, the last time I fell and I realized the skin on my thigh, how can I renew it so that it heals faster? Due to the fact that I wear clothes almost all the time the wound is glued to the clothes, I read that you can not wrap such wounds to heal faster, what to do?

Jeżeli rana jest bez wysięku można zastosować opatrunki hydrożelowe np. Hydrocoll czy Granuflex. Są to specjalne opatrunki przeznaczone do stosowania na rany. Tworzą specjalne środowisko, w którym rana lepiej się goi. Dodatkowo opatrunki osłonią ranę przed przyklejaniem się do odzieży.
