Can I stop Amoksiklav after 3 days?

Hello, I use the antibiotic Amoksiklav from 3 days for pharyngitis. Can I stop taking the medicine? I have effects such as diarrhea, nausea, dizziness and weakness. I know these are normal side effects, but I feel worse with them than with a sore throat before taking an antibiotic. In this case, is the recurrence of a severe sore throat sure or can I stop the antibiotic after 3 days? I took 2 doses a day every 10-12 hours and a probiotic once a day.
