Nie napisała Pani, o jaki preparat z melatoniną chodzi, w związku z czym odniosę się do leku Melatonina Lek-Am. Tabletki 1 mg i 3 mg są białe, okrągłe, obustronnie płaskie.
Tabletki 5 mg są białe, okrągłe, obustronnie wypukłe, z kreską dzielącą z jednej strony.
W Charakterystyce Produktu Leczniczego nie znalazłam informacji o rozmiarze tabletek. Kwestia tego, czy są one łatwe do połknięcia jest indywidualna.
Nie, melatonina o statusie leku nie występuje w postaci listków bądź sprayu.
