Is tinnitus when using Amoksiklav transient, or do you need to discontinue the drug?
I take 3 days Amoksiklaw and have tinnitus in my ears and head. Is it temporary, or do you need to discontinue the drug?

Tinnitus is unlikely to be associated with taking the antibiotic Amoksiclav. I do not find any information about this in the Safety Data Sheet of Amoksiclav.
There are many causes of tinnitus, including the following:
• arterial hypertension, vibrations in stiff, atherosclerotic vessels;
• inflammatory diseases of the middle and inner ear;
• ageing of the hearing organ, which begins around the age of 60;
• damage to the cochlea-vestibular nerve in the course of, for example, herpes zoster or multiple sclerosis;
• cranial injuries involving a transverse fracture of the temporal bone pyramid;
If they associate tinnitus with taking antibiotics, it is best to talk to their doctor about it so that they can rule out the causes of the symptoms. It is difficult to assess this without knowing your medical records.
