Nie wiadomo, czy bifonazol - substancja czynna leku Canespor - przenika do mleka kobiet karmiących piersią. Przenikanie bifonazolu do mleka było badane u zwierząt. Dostępne dane z badań farmakodynamicznych i toksykologicznych przeprowadzonych na zwierzętach wykazywały przenikanie bifonazolu i jego metabolitów do mleka
samic. W trakcie karmienia piersią nie zaleca się więc leczenia bifonazolem.
