How do I help a child who has mistaken Amotaks hours?

A friend was to give the child (9 months) the antibiotic Amotaxi 2 times a day... She started at 21.00 and made a mistake by giving the child a second dose not after 12 hours but after 5, i.e. at 2 am:( (The daughter is less than 7 kg and gets a dose of 2ml. ) What to do to give this antibiotic well? Because if she gave the last dose the next day at night at 2.00, the next one should be at 14.00. What can happen because of her mistake?:( gave the child at 7 hours a second dose too quickly How to help the child what to do in such a situation?
