Działanie hipotensyjne (obniżające ciśnienie krwi) bisoprololu - substancji czynnej leku Concor Cor - występuje już po 2 godzinach od przyjęcia leku, jednak pełny efekt działania leku obserwuje się zwykle po 2-6 tygodniach.
W przypadku objawów związanych z chorobą niedokrwienną serca poprawę obserwuje się zazwyczaj po kilku tygodniach, w niektórych przypadkach nawet po kilku miesiącach leczenia. Na pełny efekt działania leku trzeba więc będzie poczekać.
