Ursofalk jest preparatem przeznaczonym do rozpuszczania kamieni cholesterolowych w pęcherzyku żółciowym u chorych, u których istnieją przeciwwskazania do zabiegu operacyjnego. Średnica złogu nie powinna przekraczać 15 mm. Kamień cholesterolowy nie powinien być zwapniały, a prawidłowa czynność pęcherzyka żółciowego powinna być zachowana:
