Is it possible to wash my head after applying Momecutan?

Hello. I have questions about momecutan. Should the liquid be applied before washing the head or rather after. The daughter has alopecia areata, we used cryotherapy, mayonnaise with yolk, biostymine, salicyl and lemon and oral novophane for about 3 months, without significant improvement. Currently, another dermatologist recommended ivoxel but in the pharmacy I was told that there was no production and I got a replacement - momecutan. I read the leaflet. Will it help? The daughter goes to school. Can we wash our heads after applying the liquid, and if so, after what time?
