W składzie wspomnianej przez Panią herbatki znajduje się skrzyp polny. Do tej pory nie udowodniono naukowo właściwości fotouczulających skrzypu polnego (nie jest znana substancja, która miałaby takie działanie). Jednak zdarzają się rzadkie przypadki nadwrażliwości na słońce, które pojawiają się po spożyciu tej rośliny. W świetle tych informacji zdecydowanie odradzałabym wizyty na solarium, przynajmniej w trakcie stosowania herbatki.
