Irritation after using canesten, what to do ?

Hello, On Thursday evening I used a Canesten 500 globule for the night due to a vaginal fungal infection, on Friday afternoon my abdomen started to hurt and so it is until now (Sunday). The remains of the globule were still flowing out on Saturday evening and then I noticed redness inside the labia minora - irritation from the outflowing globule. How long can this lower abdominal pain and irritation last? It is only on Monday afternoon that I have a visit to the gynecologist and I would be grateful for a quick response. Regards A.
