A contraindication described in the COVID-19 vaccination eligibility form is m.in the occurrence of elevated temperature or fever, cough, loss of smell or taste. Vaccination should also be postponed when the patient feels cold (e.g. he has symptoms such as a bothersome runny nose, sore throat, enlarged lymph nodes). In the package leaflet of Spikevax (COVID-19 Vaccine Moderna) there is information that a mild cold (e.g. mild, watery runny nose) not accompanied by an elevated temperature and other symptoms is not a contraindication to vaccination: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/106690/spikevaxszczepionka-na-covid-19-mrna-covid-19-vaccine-moderna-iniekcja/ulotka To sum up - if the runny nose is watery and is not accompanied by other symptoms, it is not a contraindication. Otherwise, vaccination should be postponed.
