Aldan to lek z amlodypiną, a Coronal zawiera bisoprolol - są to inne substancje czynne o odmiennym mechanizmie działania. Leki Aldan i Coronal nie są odpowiednikami i nie mogą być stosowane zamiennie bez porozumienia z lekarzem.
